CM is looking for caregiver for his father who is 74 years old 5"4 and 120 lbs. in a wheelchair. Looking either female or male caregiver COVID 19 Vaccinated. Schedule would be 2 visits in a day (morning 9am to 1pm ) and ( evening 10pm to 11pm )

The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Meal prep,  Transportation to and from Apts/Errand run.  companionship, Light bathing assistance – As needed  This job is approximately 2 hours weekly, 11am or 1pm Apts , Schedule TBD once CG and members AR step daughter connect 8 hours total monthly . You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assitance ( assist with getting to the shower be there on standby for fall risk), grooming (assist with getting compression socks on and shoes), mobility ( assist with getting up, walk alongside for support h/ 5'5" w/ 160lbs and h/5'7" w/130lbs), transportation (medical appointments, run errands, grocery shopping, pharmacy all local within 30 mins), meal prep (simple meals heart healthy diet can not eat leafy greens due to vitamin k), light housekeeping ( take garbage, putting dishes in the dishwasher, clean bathroom, sweep/mop ect), occasional medication reminders (assist with setting up pill boxes), companionship (help with using the phone).
