Seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver in the Ocala area to provide support and companionship for an adult male with physical and mental disabilities. The primary caregiver (his father) is present in the home, so this role is intended to provide additional support and respite coverage rather than independent care. The position involves spending time with him, assisting with comfort and supervision, and helping with simple daily activities and companionship. Activities may include companionship, simple interactive activities, and other calm one-on-one engagement. Some light household tasks may occasionally be included during quieter periods. Training is minimal and will be provided, and hours are currently flexible, likely starting around 20 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours over time for the right fit. We are hoping to find someone kind, reliable, and interested in a potentially long-term position with our family.
