CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Boynton Beach, FL. Care is needed Sundays 9am to 1pm or 3pm to 7pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week for Mr and Mrs a total of 16 hrs for both. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – help him bathe, Grooming – brush teeth, comb hair and dress/undress. Toileting – uses urinal – toilet for BM, Transfer/Mobility – help out of lift chair into wheelchair, Companionship, Light housekeeping/laundry. All applicants will be considered.
