Care is needed Monday - Friday When the client has appointments scheduled Morning/Afternoon Shift and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry - changing bed linen, Transferring & Mobility - both client use a rollator, Husband is a fall risks and need assist with at home Physical therapy exercise and walking, Companionship & Communication.
