Care is needed 1 DAY A WEEK FOR 3 WEEKS, NEGOTIABLE DAY, AFTERNOONS PREFERRED and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to United Healthcare through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: BATHING (walk in shower, grab bars, transfer assistance using a walker, shower seat). GROOMING (clip toes nails, dry off, assist with clothing as needed), TRANSFER ASSISTANCE (assist with transferring using a walker , 5'11, 244), TOILETING (assist with cleaning, change briefs, empty urinal and clothing as needed).
