Key Responsibilities- Memory Care: Providing calm, patient, and empathetic care for a client with advanced cognitive decline. Clinical Care: Managing an indwelling foley catheter (emptying, cleaning, and monitoring for infection). Mobility Support: Performing safe transfers using a mechanical lift (Hoyer) and providing passive range-of-motion exercises.
