The patient has partial paralysis but is fully cognitively intact with no brain damage. They take multiple medications and are expected to make a good recovery with 6+ months of intensive rehabilitation. Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide daily support and assistance during recovery. The role focuses on helping with activities of daily living, medication management, mobility support, and light household tasks while the patient works toward regaining independence. Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care, transfers, and mobility (partial paralysis) Monitor health status and blood sugar (diabetes-related) Support rehabilitation exercises Provide meal preparation, and companionship Maintain a safe, clean environment Requirements: Experience with post-acute care, mobility assistance, and medication management preferred Patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and follow medical protocols This is a meaningful opportunity to support a motivated young adult through their recovery journey.
