Looking to hire an experienced, passionate, reliable, and honest caregiver to take care of my mother (who has advanced vascular dementia & incontinence) and sister-in-law (stroke survivor, partially paralyzed, minor vascular dementia), located near Brownsburg, IN. Set, indefinite, rotating 2 week schedule with 17hrs one week and 34hrs next week (but with flexibility to accommodate other caregiver’s schedules). Caregiving needed for 8.5 hour days on every Tuesday, Thursday, with every other Monday and Saturday starting on May 4, 2026. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include companionship, help giving meals, housekeeping, bathing, dressing & grooming, cleaning/changing patient after BMs, and transferring & mobility. Dedicated and serious applicants only. A great opportunity to work privately in a loving home, while earning more! Mother is mostly bed bound. Gets up with assistance to walk to kitchen for breakfast. Eats in bed other two meals. Needs bed baths. Is incontinent with indwelling catheter, so needs cleaning after BMs. Sleeps a lot, so time to perform housekeeping and to help with my sister-in-law. SIL needs assistance walking to and from bed to living room lift chair. She would need assistance with showering every 2-3 days. Brother, father, and myself also live in same house and are available to help when needed. We already have two other caregivers who work so that everyday of the week, except Sundays, we have help. We need another caregiver to compliment their schedules.
