You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by when she showering and assistance with getting in/out of the shower, Grooming, Toileting, Transferring & Mobility - had a recent fall broken right foot, use a walker and crutches.
