You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Personal Care - Bathing, (shower chair and grip bars) - help the client with getting in and out of the shower, Grooming - help client with getting dress, Light Housekeeping/Laundry - dust sweep mop vacuum, change linens, Transportation - Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc (Vehicle is Provided), Transferring & Mobility -in wheelchair, can't walk.
