CA Notes: Client's son, Khoa Tran (703-728-0385), called regarding his mother, Hien Nguyen, a VA KP client (#89104160). They are requesting caregiver assistance with a female caregiver for companionship. Enrollment is complete. Caregiver Needed - 1 PM to 9 PM Shift (Multiple Caregivers May Be Hired) We are seeking a female caregiver to support an elderly mother who requires assistance 5 days per week, working the 1 PM - 9 PM shift. Some weekend availability is preferred. English speaking, but Vietnamese speaking would also be helpful. Care Needs Include: Companionship Assistance for a client who uses a walker Light support with daily activities Additional Details: No pets in the home Non-smoking environment Flexible scheduling Willing to hire multiple caregivers for coverage If you are compassionate, reliable, and available for the 1-9 PM shift, we would love to hear from you.
