Care is needed one time and member is flexible on the day and prefers the shift time to be from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 6 hours one time for one day. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
