Care is needed 1 visit per week maybe 2 for any day except Tuesdays and shift can start at 11am the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 to 7 hrs the first week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transfer/Mobility – shadow to ensure he does not fall, Companionship – likes sports, old time country music, fishing outdoors stuff, Meal prep, Light housekeeping/laundry, Med reminders.
