Care is needed Tuesdays from around 10am- noon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Blue Cross NC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing (has shower bench needs full assistance) grooming (assist with getting dressed) toileting (assist with changing depends),mobility (assist member with getting up out of bed h/5'5" w/ 120 lbs walk alongside for support) meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping ( just tidy up change bed linens, clean bathroom, dust, sweep/mop), transportation ( occasional assist with getting to doctor about 5 miles), medication reminders ( assist with setting up weekly pill box).
