CareLinx and Blue Cross Blue Shield are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Henderson, NC 27536. Care is needed 1 day/wk between the hours of 12pm-3pm; flexible days and times and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Uses Walker FT. HIGH Bathing (undressing, head to toe, drying, dressing, shower has shower chair and 2 grab bars), HIGH Grooming (hair, nails (NO TOES)). HIGH Toileting (on/off, cleaning). HIGH Ambulatory support (getting up/down). Likes to socialize- needs motivation. FEMALE applicants will be considered, COVID vacc preferred.
