You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to United Healthcare through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: BATHING (walk in shower, shampoo hair, shower seat, grab bars), GROOMING (assist with clothing and combing hair as needed), LOW POSSIBLE TRANSPORTATION (caregiver's vehicle, grocery store (5 minute commute), physical therapy (15 minutes).
