I am seeking a experienced, loyal, and empathetic caregiver located near Albuquerque, NM to help care for myself. I require in-home assistance with personal care, errands and light housekeeping. My husband and I live in the northeast heights in Albuquerque and I'm hoping to hire someone who lives within a reasonable commute distance. I am looking for someone for mornings and evenings 2-3 days a week. (More hours may be available if desired, once someone is trained and has demonstrated reliability). I currently also have others working for me since I require assistance seven days a week. We haven't set the schedule for the new person yet. The morning shift begins at 6:00 a.m. and typically lasts six hours. The evening shift is a short shift from 9:00 -11:00 PM. I would consider hiring someone for just mornings or just evenings, but I would prefer someone is able to work both. We provide training, but I hope to hire someone who has enough healthcare or related experience to understand the demands of the job. The caregiver is expected to help with transferring & mobility, groceries & shopping, meal prep, medication reminders, toileting, grooming, and bathing. Only serious applicants will be considered.
