Job description: CareLinx and Troy Medicare are partnering to provide members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Pembroke, NC. Care is needed Tuesdays and/or Thursdays after 2pm and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2-4 hours per week with a total of 36 hours. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Troy Medicae through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( assist with getting in and out of shower, has shower bench h/5'3" w/150lbs), grooming ( put lotion on, file nails), occassional assistance mobility ( transfer from wheelchair), meal prep ( simple meals diabetic friendly), light housekeeping ( clean bathroom, change bed linens, laundry, dust, run vacuum), medication reminder, companionship (vist with member help with technology).
