CareLinx and Troy Medicare are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Roland NC . Care is needed 2 visit per week, any of the following days Mon, Tue, Wed or Thurs and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Troy Medicare through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: med reminders, toileting – incontinence, transfer/mobility – total assistance – new to walker, companionship, transportation – one every 2 to 3 months, meal prep – diabetic and low sodium diet – does not like okra, sweet peas, light housekeeping/laundry, med reminders, exercise – take for a walk outside – weather permitting.
