Ideally 5 hours per week of None would start February 06, 2025. The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. The Care Schedule is Flexible - the appointments will be scheduled 2 time(s) per month during the morning.
You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Transportation (to/from the DR) CG will wait for client for duration of appointment, Housekeeping (laundry, bed sheets) .
