Care is needed days and times to be determined upon hire and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours every other week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occassional mobility ( assist with getting up walk alongside for support h/5'0" w/148lbs), occassional transportation (local), light housekeeping ( sweep/mop, clean bathroom, wipe down kitchen counters, wipe down fridge shelves), occasional meal (simple meals).
