- Job requirement - Patient special needs:: Member has Glaucoma and doc visits vary when they want to see him so needs Transportation to doc appt - stay with member and bring him back (usually the doc appts are in Bernie). Might need help with Ligh House keeping CG traits: anygender caregiver Non Smoker Start date: ASAP Set days and time?: CG should be flexible with day and time and should work with members doc appointments.4hrs bi weekly Hired before? & experience?: No
