Care is needed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday mornings and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( has grab bars/shower bench), grooming ( help with getting dressed), toileting ( assist with emptying commode), transportation ( medical transportation, run errands, grocery shopping, all local), occasional assistance with mobility ( h/5'7" w/ 306 on occassion help get out of bed), occassional meal (simple meals, help with prepping), light housekeeping, medication reminders ( help set up weekly pill box) companionship ( visit with member assist with technology).
