CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . male UHC member needing anygender vaxed caregiver, near Crowley, TX . Care is needed Once a week would like to talk to the Caregiver and decide about day and time 3hrs each shift . This job is approximately 3hrs weekly once a week for 2 weeks and 3rd week for 2hrs Short Term Job for 3weeks. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver : Bathing (mem can bathe just stand by assistance) [ he is very unsteady on feet FALL RISK], Help him get dressed if needed, Companionship [house is not wheelchair friendly so when wife is not around might need help to push] Mem is wheelchair bound weighs 200pounds .
