Care is needed 2h once a week, Monday, Thursday or Friday, anytime after 8am and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: housekeeping and meal prep. I am in need of care 7 days per week in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. 168.0 hours per week of assistance is needed to start June 29, 2019. The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: transferring & mobility, meal prep, groceries & shopping, housekeeping, grooming, and bathing.
