I have been my husband’s only caregiver since stroke 9 1/2 yrs ago. He is 71, no dementia issues, the sweetest most loving soul on the planet. I just need to find a bit of healthier balance… looking for either 2 hrs a week or 4 hours every two weeks long term, thinking help showering & upper body exercise, supervision so I can step away for a minute knowing he’s safe.
