Care is needed every other day Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP 03/19/2024. This job is approximately 6 hours per week, three shift. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by when the client is taking a shower, need help with getting in and out of the shower, Grooming - some assist, Transferring & Mobility - needs help with getting out of bed, use a walker, recently has surgrey on her hip - fall risk.
