Care is needed Tuesday and Thursdays afternoons and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( has shower chair) grooming ( assist with getting dressed), toileting ( assist with getting cleaned up while recovering from surgery), mobility (assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'4" w/145lbs), transportation ( assist with medical appointments, grocery shopping, run errands all local), light houskeeping ( laundry, change bed linens, clean bathroom, sweep/mopping, dusting), medication reminders ( assist with setting up pill box assist with getting water to member can take member has issues swalloing medication from time to time), companionship ( occassional assistance with technology).
