Need caregiver, ASAP, beginning MAY12 to cover our current caregiver's FT shifts when temp away few months for surgery & recovery. See shift times below. M-F. Dad is special needs, Immobility, aspirations, Alzheimer's/dementia. Careful repositioning side to side to change diaper, lift him/slide up in bed to reposition & to be fed . Bed bath & diaper change. Careful blended food feeding & smoothies . We purchased a hospital home care bed w/automatic air mattress filler for comfort & help prevent bed sores. Daily topical ointments applied & repositioning for prevention. Need FT caregiver during the absence of our current caregiver (surgery/recovery). MON & WED 9am-4p, TUES & THUR: 9am -5p. FRI 9am-2p. Occasional SAT if need to go out of town for day. Definitely need SAT JUN14, eldest son's college graduation. Must be strong, patient, experienced, compassionate. Must meet w/our current caregiver to go over specifics on care prior to her surgery.
