About Nancy

I became a caregiver because I like working one-on-one with people. I started by doing volunteer work in my 20's. My last volunteer job was at a nursing home providing companion care. I got my caregiving license in San Francisco in 2011. I came to Las Vegas in 2012 to assist my elderly mom. I am currently a CNA, a Nursing Assistant certified by the State Board of Nevada. What I most like about being a caregiver/nursing assistant is getting to know my clients and listening to their personal stories. In my opinion, the top priority of any caregiver working in this field is providing companion care and that is my specialty. I am also flexible and can easily adapt to new environments as well as the changing needs of those requiring care. I have provided assistance to both bedridden patients in a home setting as well as those in a facility requiring long-term care. I am familiar with the different needs of those suffering from various illnesses. My best achievement is being able to add to the comfort and happiness of those struggling with the everyday tasks of daily living. I enjoy working with people in any age group with any kind of need. I am a skillful and sensitive caregiver.
