Very busy day short staffed. Took extra time to talk and encourage patient to eat and encourage. Patient eat somemore and begin toopen up and talk and feel better, Notified her family and staff that the talk and encouragement really helped her during a rough time she was having during her stay at hospital. Was acknowledged by CNO andCEO and most important her family. Made me feel great that I had helped. Patient first. Very caring and sharing and helping person who just love helping others.
