My name is Cynthia and I have been working in the health care field for 25yrs. I enjoy the company of other and helping others as well. I started at 14 yrs old volunteering at nursing homes during summer youth programs. I have experience with people with disabilities such as physical and mental . The most thing I enjoy about helping people with disabilities is the rewarding feeling I get. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my personal experience with alzhemeirs disease in my family. Being exposed to patients with dementia since a young age I have developed and understanding of their needs.
