When I'm caring for a Resident I don't look at it as a job, I look at it like we're family because we are. I come to work and treat you with dignity and respect as I would like anyone to do for myself. My Granddad had Cancer and I enjoyed helping him ever bite of the way until he passed. I enjoy being a caregiver because the joy I get out of making sure somebody day was made even if it was just sitting and listening to them talk. Helping out and it's puts a smile on there face to know that someone else cares outside of there family.
