I became a caregiver because I adore the elderly. I enjoy talking with them as they may share stories of their past. I also enjoy helping others, so I find it enjoyable to combine the two - being around the elderly and helping others. My proudest personal achievement are my daughters. Two of my daughters and they are out on their own and one is still in school. I feel that I have been blessed to have them and to have seen them grow into lovely young ladies. I have one daughter who is still living at home with me. I have 5 years experience caring for the elderly. During this time, I was also a medication technician who administered the medicine to the residents within the living center in which I worked. I am looking for the caring for someone who is in need of help with daily tasks.
