I applied for early retirement (Optional) because of my status as U.S. immigrant.I would like to return to work inorder to continue my commitment in practicing my chosen profession and I will highly appreciate if you will give me a chance to have a job and be a part of your team especially at this I Have still two children studying in college.

Responsibled for inter agency referral and to other ancillary services. Acted as Nurse Supervisor in the absence of the latter.
