I originally started out working with children dealing with mental illness/special needs, however, I did branch off to work with different groups of people such as Adolescents and Geriatric clients. I enjoyed it, it allowed me to gain and to have even more patience, being thankful and enjoying the moments that some clients may not get to enjoy with their family. I've achieved growing into an adult that lives and thinks outside the box, giving clients a chance to express themselves without judgment because of any condition. Listening is key and I learn more that way.
