When I was younger I often helped my grandmother with things such as shopping, cleaning, administering her insulin, and cooking due to her physical limitations. Since then I've developed a heart and passion for helping others. Later in life I took on the role as a caregiver/ direct support staff. What I enjoy most about my work is being able to help my clients feel greater beyond their limitations. I want my clients to be comfortable no matter what. With that being said my goal is to prove to my clients' that I am a trustworthy helping hand and that I care. My previous work was with bright spring health where I worked with the mentally ill and physically limited . I built relationships with all of my clients so that I could understand their needs and wants better. I've learned a lot from my clients in return. While being employees with brightspring health I was promoted to DSP Lead and soon later home manager.
