I have been doing in home senior care for 2+ years. With a local company. I care for my Mother on all post-op situations. I also give her support care weekly. I have just completed the AR CNA course testing out at: 100%+5 written, and 99% clinical. I will test with the state soon. I am out going.l, Self- motivated, and am a stickler for the rules and proceedires. I am most proud of my ability to connect with and advocate for residents/clients.

I have a long history of taking care of loved ones from an early age. I come from a family in which my baby brother was born with Down syndrome and special needs and my mother developed cancer later in life, going through chemo and radiation, unfortunately passing away when I was just 15. I was then responsible for helping to raise and care for my two younger brothers at that time. So growing up I became well accustomed to taking care of others and became quite familiar with In-Home Care. I currently work as an ER technician working in a hospital that specializes in Bariatrics and Orthopedics.

I have been working with Geriatric patients since 2008, after graduating high school. Going into healthcare knowing nothing about it, I began my career working in a Alzheimer's / Dementia unit. Since then I have also worked with post acute patients, those who require care after their hospital stay and are not able to return home right away. I take great pride in my nursing career and caring for others. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and their families. Being a care giver gives me the opportunity to bring joy to someone's life, making life a little easier, and impacting the quality of life for my patients.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I wanted to become a caregiver because it runs in my family, my grandmother was a LPN so I want to follow in her footsteps. I am very careing and have a kind heart, I'm passionate about everything I do.

I enjoy being there for people and seeing that they are taking care of, loved, and that they are not alone. I am proud to say that I am a Christian and that I have some great amazing healthy children and grandchildren. God and my family come first and each and every person's home that I walk into I look at them as my family and they become a big part of my family and I treat them and love them just as they are my family. This is not just a paycheck to me this is about taking care of people and showing them the love and care that they deserve. I have been into clients homes that it is literally broke me into seeing how they have been treated or how they are living and that they have nobody that seems to care. I want to help people know that they are important and they are very much loved.

Hello, my name is Kaylee. In 2019, I received my GED and immediately enrolled in CNA classes in which I received my CNA certification in September of 2019. I have worked for both a long term nursing facility, as well as, a hospital on the Med-Surg ICU step down unit. I have always had a big open heart with a lot of motivation and J wanted to help make a change by providing over the top care for our elders which is what struck me to receive my CNA certification. A part of me has always wanted to work in the medical field so while pursuing my nursing degree I knew it would be a good fit for me to get my CNA certification and get a look into the medical field first hand.
