It's hard to talk about ourselves but I'll give it a try, I was introduced to caregiving by a family member since that day I went and got my self in school to get my cna certification later on I also received my dsp certification. Performing a variety of nursing care duties concerned with personal care and following established procedures with treatment in an inpatient and outpatient clinic settings. Assists in patient orientation into their designated unit. Recognizes and reports patient problems or changes in patient's condition to team leader. Documents simple subjective and objective information. Take accurate vital signs, blood sugar tests, EKG, blood pressure, bladder scans, and other required measurement per protocol in compliance with patient complaint. Transporting patient to different areas in the hospital, feeding, bathing, and dressing. Provide high quality patient care as an in demand per-diem within surgical, acute care, rehabilitation, home healthcare and nursing home settings. Preserve patient dignity and minimize discomfort while carrying out duties such as feeding, grooming, bedpan changes, diapering, emptying drainage bags, glucose monitoring, bathing. Commended for chart accuracy, effective team collaboration, patient relations and consistent delivery of empathetic care. Displayed strong clinical skills in assessing vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Adhered to safety guidelines, completed hospital's three-hour Patient Safety Training Program. Ensured the accurate, timely flow of information by maintaining thorough patient records and updating healthcare team on patients' status. Complied with HIPAA standards in all patient documentation and interactions. I used to take care of my own grandparents, by providing them with all the care and love they need and making a difference in their lives. Firstly I am an honest, faithful, loyal and trustworthy person to work with. I try to go beyond my line of duty to ensure that my client's health is my top priority. Therefore I would treat them with love, care and respect as I would treat my own family member. Lastly I am also flexible with any schedules given to perform and hours of work and day's that my services maybe required.

I love being around people and all my life I've taken care of family members and when I do caregiving, I care for them like they are my own family. I am very friendly, love to cook and just anything needed to be done. Family is everything to me and when you are in my care, you're family and I will make sure you are taken care of well. Been doing this for the past 6 years and I've learnt a lot along the way with the different needs and different help for different needs. I'm happy to help you out in whatever ways needed.
