Hi my name is Decoda I am a Certified nursing assistant and also a home health aide I have in total 12 years experience working in patient house, nursing home and also hospital and assisted living facility , I work in some of New York top hospitals such a New York Presbyterian Hospital and Mount Sinai and also private duty nursing , I have work with patients that have Alzheimer's, Multiple sorosis, stoke , quadriplegic, cancer etc and also providing companion care. As a Cna my job description include bathing and dressing my patients monitoring there vital sign , meal preparation , light house cleaning , running errand , doctors appointment, administering medication , changing Foley catheter , wound care and reporting any changes to patient family or doctor. I am CPR certified an hold an associate degree , I am simple a fun loving person that will do what ever it take to make my patient happy and well taken care of .

I enjoy working on that file because I love spread my love to others to make them happy, and develop a relationship ,my compassion to people around me make them feel secure ,comfortable, helping people it's one of my quality and I love what I'm doing because each client I used to work make me understand something that I deserve to work on that file they always said to me you are a good caring person that's make me more confidence on myself.

I am a dedicated compassionate person. I love taking care of people and I have been working with the elderly and people with disabilities for over 25years. I have completed many training such as meditation, cpr courses and variety of courses for HOme Health Aide.

I love to take care of people. I have been a Home Health Aide for the past 10 years. I have a lot of experience working with the elderly and with Alzheimer's, COPD's, Parkinson's, Diabetes Patients. I have been Registered Nurse and work in Thailand for 20 years. I got vaccinated for COVID-19. I am honest,caring and dedicated. I am also a safe driver. I can prepare meals, do light housekeeping and transportation and I assist with the daily living tasks.I'm comfortable with pets.Non-smoker

My interest in caregiving started at an early age. Every sunday after church I would visit the sick and shut in members and others who requested prayers. I then attended a Medical Specialty High School and was involved in volunteering at local Adult Day Cares. When I was about 15 years of age my grandmother started developing Dementia and shortly after had a stroke. I became her main caregiver; cooking, cleaning, reading to her when not in school. I love the fact that I get to make a difference in someones day to day life. I tried many different ventures and always ends back into caregiving. This is what I'm meant to do and I'm good at it and enjoy doing it.

I am passionate and I am dedicated to and helping anybody in need especially elderly people. I enjoy to provide them with special love and support that they might need especially when they are away from their family. I have the determination and motivation to dedicate myself and services to ensuring my clients receive the best and proper health care service they deserve. A personal achievement of mine that I am proud of is, out of the 33 years as a licensed professional care giver I have not once received a complaint from a client or employees.

I am quite educated in medical field with a degree in Clinical Biochemistry currently studying BSN. I am compassionate: I love to bring smiles on faces. I am religious and believe in doing good. Above all, i am very dedicated and resourceful.
