Hi, I'm Ronald Porter, I'm 26 yrs old, I've worked as a direct care staff/caregiver for about 4/5 years, I'm also CPR/AED Certified. I love being a caregiver, I love getting to know and hearing the stories of everyone that I take care of. I also enjoy making their day, I really believe that this is my calling. Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

About me. I've been a caregiver for 23 years I moved to Alabama in 2009 where I worked for affordable home care for 8 years. I'm very responsible kind and compassionate taking care of elderly and disabled is something I feel I was born to do I've been told my heart was too soft but is there really a such thing..I live what I do. My goal in this line of work is to make everyday better then the last for all of my clients

Well I will start by saying the reason I chose to be caregiver is because one I love the job manily when I can be there for someone that needs someone to talk to or just friend. The best part about the end of the day there happiness and smile is best part about the job. I always wanted to know what I was good at and it was being caregiver because the first day I started it I told my self this is we're I belong.

I enjoy helping everyone especially those who need it the most! I am hard working, caring and willing to do any task that is needed to be done and have it finished to the highest potential! I enjoy getting to know each and everyone's personalities and learning their very own schedules! My goal is to make each and every client I work with comfortable and content!

I am very loyal, protective, intuitive, and caring. I have 21 plus years experience in caregiving. Being a caregiver is not for everyone, but what sets me apart from most is I am a natural empath. Working with people in general requires a natural nurturer; which I am. Helping people young or old allows me to experience people on a different scale. I realised caregiving was my calling about 20 years ago. I was offered a private position and I fell in love with it. I enjoy many aspects of being a caregiver. Everyone is different, so I enjoy learning new things about people. I can honestly say I find it fascinating to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. I also am proud to say it takes a special individual to overcome adversities and have a positive outlook even after difficult or complicated experiences.
