I enjoy being a part on improving someone's life who needs help with activities. I enjoyed building a strong relationship with the patient. It was a rewarding experience to know that my being there for her made such a difference in her morale. It gave her something to look forward to and i believe helped prolong her life. Hi! My name isKaleigh I'm 33 years old I have 3 kids I love taking care of the people an helping out it's something I always done helping with whatever they need.

My Mother's breast cancer came back and she was terminal. She could no longer care for my disabled Father, so I stepped in to help with cleaning, meal prep, and Dr. appointments. I enjoyed getting to know my parents better until their passing. We had a lot of laughs and hard conversations as well. I became a CNA a year and a half into caring for my parents part time. I was a carpenter by trade and decided on a career change.I have taken care of other patients privately. In the five years that I have been a CNA, I have become quite an advocate for the disabled and enjoy searching for resources to their betterment. I am a married mother of two grown daughters. I enjoy the outdoors and the theater. I have compassion for people in general.. I love to hear their stories and share ideas and experiences of my own. I care for people the way I would want to be treated.

I have been providing care for people from all walks of life for past 12 years. Around the year of 2013 was when I really got in depth with field. I got offered a position a Direct Support Staff, where I actually got to assist mentally disabled adults with basic daily living activities to include: Toileting, bathing, medication intake, outdoor activities escorts to and from doctor appointments, assisting them in bed, reading stories. Anything the residents needed, i was there. It was such a delight. I would love the oppurtunity to do it all over again.

The reason I became a caregiver is because I love taking care of elderly people and they put a smile on my face at the end of the day because I know I helped them get everything that they needed and wanted at the end of the day I can say may I help you with anything my paitents tell me yes Ill go to beyond for them just to keep a smile on there face
