What attracted me to become a caregiver is that I was looking after my grandma and I was the only one around and helping, while other family was out living life when there own mom needed them the most. So after she passed i looked into being a caregiver and have been doing my job every since. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that they tell a lot of amazing story's, and you can pick up a lot of wisdom from them as well. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I recently received my High School Diploma and is soon about to study for LPN

I thrive when surrounded by other people, and find it easy to connect with anyone I meet. Always looking for bridges , not fences. I would also say that I have a sense of humor, and people generally enjoy my company. I think what describes me the best is the "creative mind " because I always enjoy to come up with ideas, think outside the box, or even challenge the status quo. Now it doesn't mean that I find it hard to oblige the rules . I do that. But I don not hesitate twice to share my feed back and suggest improvements. I am also energetic, motivated, enthusiastic about work and life, I am also a team player who thrives in team environments . I believe in lifelong learning and personal growth. I developed an interest in caregiving at a very young age. During my teenage years. I I help my mother with my grandparents . I knew since then I loved helping caring for other. I always enjoyed playing and combing my dolls hair, feeding and play cooking for them. I always look after the house keeping home cleaned and organized. I have been a Certified Home Health Aide for 20 years . My name is Elashe Wearing Very educated with acknowledgment in senior care ,all of ADL's and administrating medications . At a young age I started caring for my great/grandparents & my extended family. For as long as I know nurses are in my family . I enjoy going over and beyond being in the senior community to my understanding is when I am with a client I make them feel as though they are the only ones I care for, talking with them about there past occupations ,likes/dislikes..
