Hi! I'm Heather. I have been in this profession for about 10 years now. There's nothing more than i love being a caregiver. I have bathed, I have groomed, IVE done the exercises, the feeding , cooking, errands, doctors. Just about all of it. Everyone seems to love me and say im outgoing. I just try to be there because I know they need a companion and I know even though no matter how my day is going at the time, showing up and being there with them makes theirs and that makes my day 100 percent better. Something I've always took pride in is how caring I am towards people. I have always been empathetic and really dive in to conversations with people too get to know them. I am compassionate. I have always been a team player but I also believe in being a leader. I've put a lot of thought into being a healthcare worker, because it is not an easy job. But I've also thought about how many people need help in being cared for. I love the job that I do. I believe the most personal achievement I am proud of is getting so close to my patients. I've connected with a lot of people. I remember I had a patient that I took care of for almost a year and I really connected with her. After some time she got really sick and was soon going to pass. I met her family and asked them if I could sing to her and they let me ( I sang to her a lot). Little did I know that they were not going to be able to have a service for her. When we were done singing and praising they all just cried and thanked me. They told me that they weren't going to be able to have service and it was as if God brought the service through me as a vessel. I believe that was my greatest accomplishment in this job.

Hello, I'm Courtney!! I have significant knowledge in the proper implementation of treatment plans and hospital procedures. I learned these throughout my clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine. I spent 3/4 days out of the week in the hospital, and I sincerely enjoyed it. I strive to be around my patients. I use to be a C.N.A. at several Nursing Homes for 15 yrs. I love taking care of the Elderly,and seeing the joy in the way they responded to me, helping them achieve their daily task ,I have the patience to do the daily duties for them. While growing up I help my mom take care of our grand parents.
