My name is Andrea Sparks and I am a wife and mother of two daughters and one son. Helping others is something that I've always been passionate about. To me it is such a rewarding career being that not only do you get to know your patients well but also get to know their families as well. I have been working as a caregiver for over 15 years now. What made me want to be a CNA/ Caregiver, was when I was 16 my grandfather whom I was very close to had a massive stroke and ended up being paralyzed on the right side, he had to be placed into a LTC center even though we wanted to keep him at home. But it was when I visited him daily that I saw and realized what being a caregiver actually entailed. They were so good to him, and in turn he not only thought the World of them, but we all did to. This helped me to realize what I wanted to do when I grew up.

Hello, my name is Cara. I'm easy to get along with, im extremely patient. I'm a proud mother of 2 small children. I love animals, cooking is a passion of mine. I enjoy painting and anything artistic. I was adopted and raised in a home full of special needs siblings so im aware of the responsibilities, patience and love needed to take care for someone. Most of all though. I love God, I attend church every Sunday and wed, I live a very straight laced life. I dont curse, I dont drink, I try to live my life for God every day striving to get closer to him. I've always had a heart for the elderly and special needs. I'm currently employed at burgerking in norton Va, ive been there for going on 2 years now. I often get compliments and customer satisfactory reviews on how kind, Patient, and nice I am. I would love to take care for people and help them, I'd cook for them as much as possible. My biggest achievement im proud of is Getting saved and living for God. I've had a difficult life and unfortunately because of that I don't have a ged or highschool diploma, however I have plans to get my Ged and go to college to better myself for my children.

I love the role I play in my patients life as a care giver! I take particular pride in providing care specifically detailed to my patients needs and preferences. Nothing makes me happier than those little moments my patients give me a hug and tell me they are so grateful for me!
