I assisted my mother in taking care of my grandmother up until her last day while being on hospice. Some things that took me through being a caregiver was thinking positive and trying to always have a smile on my face no matter the circumstances . What attracted me to become a caregiver was my mom and how she loved helping and taking care of people and I admired that and worked hard to become that person too. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver was that I get to connect with people and help them at the same time. One personal achievement that I am very proud of was that I always tried my best to keep my patient lively and taking care to them to my fullest till the end.
