Hi my name is Shelley Nute a healthcare professional for over 30 years I have a passion for caring for people of all ages.Many jobs I have performed in Home health Care, facility care and private patient care . I consider myself to be a neutering human being, I have great care giver qualities that allow me to connect with my patients on a deeper level. This gives them something to look forward to doing daily activities that were once boring into something enjoyable with me. When i was still in high school, I was really intrigued by phycology. I did allot of research on the human brain and how the human mind works and the human differences within perspectives from an healthy mind to an and mentally Ill mind. This allowed me to understand everyone around me and brought allot of peace within me knowing why humans acted the way they did. I then knew I wanted to be a caregiver with everyone around me who had any type of mental illness. I enjoy being the light of a human being who doesn't see any light due to the circumstances in which they live in. A personal achievement I am proud of, is getting through allot of stages in my life in which I felt lost and down. and guiding myself through these difficulties in life. I am also proud of the woman I am becoming and I am proud to say I know what I want out of this life and I am proud to say I find a purpose in everything my life journey brings me.

I've been a CNA for 4.5 years and a caregiver for about 2 years. I did care for an elderly lady prior to being certified as a nursing assistant. I've done all activities such as bathing, eating, mobility, dressing, making beds, taking vital signs, etc

I have been a aide for 18yr. I have worked with many different clients. Parkinson's, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Mental Illness, Etc. I am one of the hardest workers you will meet. I have great work ethic. I go above and beyond the call of duty. If you need something extra done I will do it. I'm compassionate, friendly and caring and always honest.

I'm kind, have empathy and patience. I started out by taking care of my mother. I enjoy adding joy to someone's day. I took care of a couple in their home and was able to fulfill their wishes of staying in their home together until they passed.

I have really good communication skills and I'm really good at being patience with elders. I have a lot experience working in the PCA and CNA field, I've been in it for over two years about three years now. I really just enjoy getting to know elder people and getting really close to know and having a good connection with them. One achievement I'm very proud of is getting into the health field, I really enjoy my job taking care of people ! I have fun times, & it's never a bad day with my residents.

I love this job because I love to take care of elderly people and I have been doing it for a long time. These people are very amazing with great experience and I treat them with dignity and respect . I am a person with passion and I take my job seriously to assist my clients with their daily needs. I also play a major roll when it comes to team work . I always go to work on time and i make sure to complete my duties before my shift ends.
