I have been caring for the elderly since 1981. My main reason is just pampering and making them feel loved. I enjoy maintaining their life as they have lived it and pray someday someone else will do the same for me someday. I encourage independence not dependence. I am a good southern cook and I enjoy organizing and keeping the house clean. I also assist with helping in relocation by helping her movers, packing, escorting nationwide, and assisting the family with local services once arrived.

About Me? I have the most enjoyable personality imaginable ( I love life), and I enjoy giving people the ability to enjoy life through me, whether it's something as simple as listening to favorite past times. (a smile goes a long way). Outside of that though my compassion for caring for others stems from wanting to see a person make progress and continue their independence for as long as they are able to do so. To be able to bring ease and peace of mind to someone when I'm with them is one of my goals. It's enough someone unfamiliar is in the home, that's why it's important to make people feel comfortable while being assisted. Let me share a personal achievement of mine. PATIENCE. That achievement was achieved long before I became a caregiver after watching a family member suffer. Honestly I could go on and on about what I can do what I will do but truth of the matter is you have to meet me personally to know Me. I will care for your loved one with Respect and you will have peace of mine when you leave them in my care.

I'm a natural caregiver. I'm proud of myself being so young and feeling as if I have so much motivation to keep going in life no matter the curve balls it throws. My compassion to help and serve humanity as a whole,my experience in helping take care of my elderly grandmother &stepfather as well helping out family in the community whenever someone needed help . it gave me joy in knowing that I gave someone a reason for hope to fight to live .love is powerful it medicine for the soul and to have someone to show that to anyone doing their last days on this earth is a blessing and I thank God for the gift he has given to me to connect with the elderly.being a mother & grandmother my greatest achievement.

I am outgoing and very ambitious in the field. I enjoy working with patients and growing with the family to ensure a safe loving work environment for all. I enjoy learning more as I go along and also teaching families how to work as a team during this process.

I'm a self motivated focused individual that has a huge heart. I am hyper aware of my surroundings at all times and the ability to recall even the smallest details in any situation. I'm a positive person and very kind hearted. I can take charge if warranted. I'm also ever empathetic and can adapt to any situation. Spreading my joy and kindness to those who need it is what makes me feel complete and caring for those around me gives me a since of accomplishment and joy. I take tremendous pride in everything I do. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help those in need and seeing the stress be removed from the loved ones so that they can enjoy being with their loved one instead of having to worry about juggling everything. As well as providing a since of independence and and strength to the client. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is getting my mom to walk again after being bed ridden for 4 years due to neuropathy. I started by building her confidence and and replacing her negative mindset and fears with positivity and hope. She was so happy when she finally walked on her own again. Now she is up and moving like never before. And the happiest I've ever seen her.
