I enjoying helping an assisting others in their everyday care an over night care if needed. I got in to the field because my grandmother was a diabetic an had to have both legs amputated an there was limited help with assisting her so I wanted to learn how an what ways I can help others.

I am 20 years old. I graduated from Gate City High School in 2014. I attended Scott County Technical School and took a course to become a CNA. I passed the class but never got my certification for CNA. I am CPR certified. I have a passion for taking care of people! I love being outdoors, crafting, and cooking.

I am a Physical Therapist who is changing the direction of my career. I want move outside of my PT career but continue to develop relationships with my clients and help them maximize their quality of life by providing the care they need. I have worked with most medical issues, including dementia, for many years in every setting, from hospital to skilled nursing to Homecare and have helped with toileting, feeding and all aspects of mobility. I love to have fun and find that humor and compassion make people enjoy being with me and get the most out of our time together. I love being a caregiver bc I get to help someone who really needs me when they need someone the most. I have always treated my clients how I would want someone to treat my own mother and father. I have very wonderful references from each of my clients family members. My passion for being a caregiver came from when I took care of my grandfather when I was 17 years old. I knew then I wanted to help others when they can't do for themselves. I love the elderly and I know with all my heart that this is my calling from God bc I have so my love for my clients that they end up being part of my family.
