I have worked in an assisted living facility, individual homes, and a hospital. I am a responsible and caring person that will provide exceptional care to your loved one. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. It brings me joy to see those who are in need of help receive the assistance that they need without taking away their dignity and also giving them the extra help that's necessary.... at the same time allowing them to do what they can for themselves. I believe a caregiver should be someone that the patient can trust undoubtedly, and be able to bond with. After all we spend so much time with someone in their home everyone needs to be comfortable. I don't just see caring for people as a service but an honor.
